Born out of our founder’s passion for riding motorcycles, our Motorcycle Touring experiences are all about finding freedom on the road. We see a different perspective of the places we visit which are filled with authentic local experiences. Curated and led by avid bikers, our tours let you explore the road less taken and discover the beauty of the journey at an easy cruising tempo. Taking safety and well-being of our guests, our company uses first aid trained guides with extensive motorcycle touring experience, stringently maintained motorcycles, high quality hotels with character and most importantly total financial protection on all your bookings. Whether you wish to ride with the wind in your face on the winding roads of the famous Garden Route in South Africa, mysterious Australia or in Siberia at the heart of nomadic life, we have it all. Every journey with us sets off to discover the unexplored, meet people, enjoy gourmet feasts, gets you closer to wildlife and allows you to immerse yourself in local cultures.
We are passionate about detail, quality and adventure with an unfettered dedication to delivering the best and safest Motorcycle touring experience for our guests. We stay in the best boutique hotels available and give you the personal attention you deserve so you get the full experience of local hospitality and culture. At the Holiday Shoppe, we love to keep our Motorcycle Touring experiences small with no more than 10 – 12 motorcycles per group. All our guided tours are accompanied by a support vehicle to carry luggage, spares and consumables, medical kit to take care of minor medical assistance and can comfortably accommodate passengers too, so if your partner would like to take a day (or even the whole tour) off from riding, he or she can.

The Roaring Ride 2019 was planned flawlessly. I have been a part of many motorcycle trips organized by me and few other friends over the years for our riding club, so I can say with good authority it was beyond expectations for all participants. Even if I had to think of something that I was not satisfied, it would not come to me unless I had to lie.
I was humbled to power the inaugural The Roaring Ride in February 2019 organized by The Holiday Shoppe. A superb initiative to spread awareness on Lion conservation efforts by the Kevin Richardson Foundation and the message to ban canned hunting and cub petting industry prevalent in South Africa. A well-executed, flawlessly planned, superbly maintained BMW GS horses, top quality accommodation and gourmet food experiences, ensured we get an extra-ordinary African wilderness on a motorcycle. The route was one of the best I have done till date and riding in Africa for the first time, The Holiday Shoppe took care of all the possibilities in an unknown region. Kaizad had put together a route that was very scenic and adventurous and the daily riding distances were just appropriate to let us enjoy the beauty of the place.
